ECCR is the only race relations workshop of its kind offering deep-seated, sustainable, personal transformation as a tool for the eradication of racism. Eurocentric Cultural Refelctionism (ECCR) rests upon the concept of Racial Recognition, the ability to see oneself as a member of a racialized group and to see that group from both intra and inter-relational perspective.
