Beyond the corporate world, Dirrick has dedicated nearly 30 years to serving as a minister, inspirational speaker, drug rehabilitation counselor, transformational life coach, and leadership development trainer.

He is the founder and Executive Director of “Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative” (BLAAC), a grass-roots organization dedicated to education and strategic collaborations to exterminate racism. He is the developer and chief facilitator of the organization’s flagship program, EuroCentric Cultural Reflectionism (ECCR); A highly provocative study of self, society, and cultural practices designed to challenge beliefs and embedded ideologies.
Dirrick’s commitment to transformation and empowerment led him to develop Principle Living, a course for personal growth, leadership development, conflict resolution, and the power of relationship – “Everything Happens in Relationship.”
