A House Built Uneven Book Cover

Dirrick is the author of “Don’t Be Just Another Brick in the Wall,” “Principle Living,” “Shepherding Beyond Comfort,” and “A House Built Uneven.” Across his books, programs, workshops, and public presentations, he consistently returns to questions of identity, personal agency, responsibility, faith, leadership, cultural awareness, and the courage required to confront what has been learned, inherited, normalized, or left unexamined.

Whether standing before an audience, leading a training session, facilitating difficult conversations, teaching within the church, working with organizational leaders, or engaging directly in community life, Dirrick’s approach is grounded in a simple but demanding conviction: meaningful transformation begins when we are willing to examine ourselves honestly, engage one another courageously, and accept responsibility for what comes next.

His work is ultimately about helping people see more clearly, understand more deeply, live more intentionally, and move forward with greater awareness, alignment, and purpose.
