He is the founder and Executive Director of “Black Leaders and Allies Collaborative” (BLAAC), a grass-roots organization dedicated to education and strategic collaborations to enhance race relations in America. He is the developer and chief facilitator of the organization’s flagship program, EuroCentric Cultural Reflectionism (ECCR); A highly provocative study designed to challenge beliefs and embedded ideologies of self, society, and cultural practices.
Dirrick’s commitment to transformation and empowerment led to the development of Principle Living, a paradigm for transformation, leadership development, and conflict resolution.
